台州视窗网：如何设置专题页面
我们先登录网站后台，然后在浏览器打开http://www.tz106.com/html_Project-GovernmentAffairs-Index.html
打开之后，右侧会显示一个悬浮的按钮“设计模式” （这个按钮只有在后台管理员身份是登录着的状态才会显示出来，如图所示：）
